Independent Salesforce community

Japan's first* Data 360 user community

Data 360
AI Lab

For people using Data 360,
and those about to begin.

A user community where people across companies and roles share knowledge, implementations, and lessons from Data 360 and AI. From first-time learners to hands-on architects and builders, everyone learns, experiments, and connects together.

What members can do

01

Share knowledge

Share Data 360 and AI knowledge, cases, and questions

02

Experiment together

Build hands-on and improve designs through failures too

03

Connect with peers

Meet users and practitioners tackling similar challenges

Current statusPreparing to launch

Who Anyone interested in Data 360 can join, regardless of experience.
What We share knowledge and failures through study sessions, Lab Talks, and Build Nights.
Together This community is built by all participants, not only its founders.

Don't learn Data 360 alone.

Why this community

The bottleneck in enterprise AI is oftenthe data, not the model. That is why we cross company and role boundaries to share knowledge, experience, and failures—and design enterprise data that AI can actually work with.

01 · fragmented

Customer data is fragmented, leaving AI without a complete picture

How should CRM, warehouse, behavioral, and knowledge data be unified around the same customer?

02 · unclear

We cannot explain why RAG and agent quality fail to improve

We investigate from the data design up, including search, metadata, semantics, and permissions.

03 · risky

We cannot decide how far AI should handle personal data and business actions

We incorporate consent, privacy, auditability, and human escalation into the design.

What our community values

Our community values
01

Participants lead

Our activities grow from participants' questions, experience, and presentations—not only from organizers.

02

Share knowledge

With Data 360 as a focal point, we share design and implementation knowledge across company and product boundaries.

03

Share failures too

Constraints, miscalculations, and unfinished hypotheses are community assets alongside success stories.

04

Stay open

We respect other user groups and global communities, building relationships for mutual learning.

Two event tracks

Choose your depth

for Everyone · Open sessions

Everyone is welcome.

Open sessions with no prerequisites for role or Salesforce and Data 360 experience. Anyone with interest can join.

  • No prerequisites
  • New features and use cases
  • Global event and case reports
  • Listening and information-gathering are welcome

for Lovers · Practitioner sessions

Go deep with fellow practitioners.

Practitioner sessions that skip introductory material and focus on implementation and discussion. Unfinished hypotheses and failures count as valuable outcomes.

  • Build Nights & Architecture Reviews
  • Designed mainly for experienced project leads
  • No Data 360 experience required

How we work

Learn by sharing & building

TALK / 10–15 min

Lab Talk

Short talks sharing implementations, experiments, failures, and questions. Every event includes first-time speaker slots.

BUILD / hands-on

Build Night

Hands-on experiments with ingestion, identity resolution, RAG, MCP, and more.

REVIEW / design

Architecture Review

Review anonymized real projects and fictional cases from multiple perspectives.

FAIL / lessons

Failure Night

An evening devoted to failures, preserving constraints and decisions that success stories leave out.

READ / primary sources

Reading Club

Read official documentation, global presentations, and papers, separating facts from interpretation.
